Therapeutic massage
I had the best massage that I have ever had today. Having two children and working full time I have a lot of stress and getting a massage is a nice treat for myself. I don’t know if I should call my progress amazing but at least it is pleasantly good and I hope it continues.
I have been able to do some walking without squatting down to stretch. I have also been able to mow lawn again, almost pain free. I used sit down in a chair at the kitchen table to prepare salad or peel potatoes because I got so tight it hurt and I could not stand for long. Now I can stand at the kitchen counter again with, for the most part, no pain.
On Saturday, I stood in line at REI for 20 minutes and started to get a little tight but once the line moved the tightness seemed to ease. The burning and pain in my shin is almost non-existant.
I’m really happy with the progress!!
